Travel RN BMT Infusion Outpatient

UCHealth, a leading nonprofit healthcare organization based in Colorado, is seeking a dedicated Travel RN specialized in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Infusion for our outpatient services. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care across our various locations. This role involves traveling to different UCHealth facilities to provide critical infusion services, working closely with BMT patients throughout their treatment journey. Administer BMT infusions and manage related patient care activities. Monitor patient responses to treatment and adjust care plans accordingly. Travel to multiple UCHealth outpatient facilities as required. Educate patients and families about treatment processes and health management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. Ensure care is consistent with organizational standards and goals. Expertise in BMT infusion protocols and patient care. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to diverse environments and patient needs. Excellent communication and education abilities. Competency in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado. OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) or BMTCN (Blood and Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse) preferred.
