Registered Nurse (RN) | Nurse Manager Location: Poughkeepsie, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,073 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 11 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Position Job Title: Administrative House Manager Nights Profession: Nurse Management Specialty: Nurse Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 11.5 Experience: 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in ICU and ED required License: New York State licensed Registered Nurse Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: 3-5 years of supervisory/management experience Description: Provides leadership and support across departments. Responds to all emergency calls, codes, and alerts within the hospital. Escalates issues/events as necessary per hospital chain of command. Addresses patient complaints that arise in real time through service recovery to ensure an optimal patient experience. Facilitates throughput to varying levels of care as indicated. Plans and projects staffing and resources considering assessment of unit acuity and activity. Supports quality metrics and goals to ensure optimal patient safety and quality of care. Escalates concerns timely. Communicates effectively across the organization, including actual and potential operational, clinical, and risk management issues in a timely manner to all appropriate levels in the organization. Maintains and models organizational values. Demonstrates regular, reliable, and predictable attendance. Performs other duties as required.
