Equipment Specialist

ManTech, a leader in providing innovative technologies and solutions for national security, is seeking an Equipment Specialist with expertise in aerospace and defense logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of specialized equipment critical to national defense strategies. Your primary task will involve ensuring all operational equipment complies with regulatory standards and supports the strategic objectives of the U.S. intelligence community and the Department of Defense. Maintain and manage a log of all operational equipment used in field and tactical operations. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to ensure equipment is functional and compliant with safety standards. Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to manage supplies and necessary equipment. Prepare and provide detailed reports on equipment status, maintenance schedules, and inventory levels. Provide training and support to new staff on equipment handling and safety protocols. Strong knowledge of military equipment and logistics processes. Proficient in using logistical software and inventory management systems. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and make decisions quickly. Experience in handling sensitive or classified information. Certification in Logistics Management (CLM) Certified Defense Privatization Manager (CDPM)
