During day shifts, the nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5/6, while during night shifts, it is 1:6/7. We utilize advanced telehealth monitoring equipment and electronic medical records. Leadership or charge nurse experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, compassion, and a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Weekend shifts are required, with a total of 6 shifts within a 6-week schedule.
