Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 10.5 Experience: Minimum 2 Years License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS (Required), CMSRN (Encouraged) Must-Have: - BLS certification - Medical Telemetry experience Description: We are committed to positive impact and dedicated to our staff. This facility is licensed for 815 beds and serves as a referral center for trauma and stroke care. The organization has received numerous accolades for clinical quality and patient safety. We are proud to have earned Magnet Designation, recognizing nursing excellence. The unit has 36 beds and is staffed by a diverse and skilled team. During day shifts, the nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5/6, while during night shifts, it is 1:6/7. We utilize advanced telehealth monitoring equipment and electronic medical records. Leadership or charge nurse experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, compassion, and a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Weekend shifts are required, with a total of 6 shifts within a 6-week schedule.
