Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Frontline Personnel Services is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will work closely with occupational therapists to implement therapeutic plans and monitor patient progress in various healthcare settings. Your expertise will help improve patients' quality of life and promote optimal physical function. Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans. Document patient responses and progress, updating records accurately. Educate patients and their families on treatments and home exercises. Maintain equipment and ensure treatment areas are clean and organized. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow detailed instructions Proficiency in documenting and reporting Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and practices Capability to handle physical demands of the job Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure BLS/CPR certification
