Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Frontline Personnel Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, assisting with implementing therapeutic programs and treatments to improve patients' functional abilities. This position requires a compassionate approach and a strong commitment to patient care, ensuring that all treatments adhere to established guidelines and regulations. Support Occupational Therapists in developing treatment plans. Execute therapeutic interventions effectively as per the occupational therapist’s instructions. Monitor patient's progress and report outcomes to the supervising therapist. Maintain patient care records and document the therapy process. Ensure all activities comply with legal and professional standards. Ability to follow detailed instructions Strong interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of therapy practices and equipment Strong organizational and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Valid state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
