Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Frontline Personnel Services is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role involves assisting occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans and facilitating therapeutic activities to aid in patient recovery. You'll be instrumental in helping patients develop, recover, improve, and maintain the skills needed for daily living and work environments. Assist in the implementation of patient therapy programs. Observe and record patient progress and report to the occupational therapist. Help patients use therapeutic equipment and assistive devices. Educate patients and families on home programs and discharge plans. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow detailed instructions Proficiency with therapeutic equipment and techniques Capability to perform physically demanding tasks Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure required.
