In this role, you will assist in providing high-quality rehabilitative care to our patients, focusing on enhancing their independence and improving their functionality following surgery or injury. Implement complex treatment plans developed by physical therapists Help patients perform specific exercises as part of their routine care Document patient responses to treatments and report outcomes to the supervising physical therapist Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and maintenance exercises Maintain equipment and ensure usage conforms to safety standards Proficiency in using physical therapy software and databases Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting patients Excellent observational and analytical skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant Valid CPR certification
