Physical Therapist Assistant

Berkshire Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team, specializing in providing high-quality rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. This role involves assisting physical therapists in implementing treatment plans, enhancing patient mobility, and ensuring optimal recovery. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, skilled in physical therapy techniques, and committed to the health and wellness of our patients. Assist Physical Therapists in administering treatments and physical interventions. Follow and execute therapeutic plans designed for patient rehabilitation. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and home exercises. Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising therapist. Maintain patient records and treatment notes with accuracy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in physical therapy techniques and tools Ability to manage multiple patient cases efficiently Experience with electronic health record systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant CPR and Basic Life Support certified
