Job Summary We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Athens, TX . This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in a supportive outpatient environment focused on patient-centered care and long-term wellness. Deliver full-scope family medicine services, including preventive, acute, and chronic care management Diagnose and manage common medical conditions and minor injuries Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Provide patient education on wellness, disease prevention, and chronic care management Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Minimum of 1 year of experience in family medicine or primary care preferred Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
