The RN will provide skilled nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate is experienced in geriatric care, medication management, and supervising support staff in a long-term care setting. Key Responsibilities: - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition - Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans - Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs - Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies - Maintain accurate and timely documentation - Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members - Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations Required Qualifications: - Active RN license (state-specific or compact license if applicable) - LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred - Current BLS certification - Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills - Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and leadership skills Schedule & Compensation: - Day, evening, and night shifts available - Weekend rotation may be required - Competitive pay rates - Overtime opportunities Why Join Us: - Supportive team environment - Stable patient population - Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives - Immediate start available
