Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Stepdown - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/15/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Contract: 8 Weeks/nGuaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)/n/nShift: 12-Hour Nights/nWeekend Requirement: Every other weekend (Fri–Sun for nights)/n/nRequirements:/n/nBLS (AHA) – Required/n/nACLS (AHA) & NIHSS – Preferred/n/nEPIC experience required/n/nMust be able to titrate pressors/n/nLevel 1 Trauma experience preferred (required if no prior travel)/n/nUnit Details:/n/nPatient Ratio: 1:3–5/n/nMust float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units/n/nFloating may occur in 4-hour blocks/n/nAdditional Info:/n/nDay 1 pass/fail test (Relias practice tests available)/n/nWeekly Monday start dates/n/nMust be separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for at least 6 months to apply/n/nBILH coversheet required at submission/n/nIVS to manager for approval.
