Dr. Costa Family Dentistry is seeking an enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and service to our patients, helping to create healthier smiles every day. What you will be doing: Delivering quality patient care to every patient Performing dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth Conducting patient assessments to determine oral health conditions and identify any issues or concerns Taking and recording patients' vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse rate Assisting with dental procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials to the dentist Educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and providing recommendations for at-home care Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems such as Open Dental Following infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff Collaborating with the dental team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients Maintaining a caring and friendly environment that reinforces our company's core values The benefits you will receive with full time employment: Health Insurance enrollment on your first day Vacation Time Paid Holidays Paid Sick time Dental and Orthodontic Discounts 401K Retirement Plan Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Bonuses Compensation: $48-$55/hour
