Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/22/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift Shift: • 12-hour Night Shifts • 36 hours per week • Every other weekend required Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for night shifts. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, the ability to work independently during overnight hours, and experience managing a diverse patient population in an acute care setting. Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies • Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and respond appropriately • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams • Accurately document patient care and maintain compliance with safety protocols • Ensure high-quality patient care during night operations Requirements: • Active RN license (state-specific, as applicable) • BLS certification (required) • Minimum 2 years of Med Surg experience (required) • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts • Availability to work every other weekend • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Schedule Details: • Nights only • 36 hours per week • Rotational weekends (every other weekend)
