Registered Nurse

Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team, providing top-tier care in a patient-centered environment. In this role, you will play a critical role in delivering integrated healthcare services, ranging from inpatient rehabilitation to home-based care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on achieving high-quality outcomes and fostering a supportive, compassionate environment for patients to recover and thrive. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with facility protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to form individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for side effects and reactions. Record patient findings and provide education and support to patients and their families. Participate in the development and implementation of patient management plans, communicating with patient-aligned services for optimal care.
