This position requires a professional who is patient, dependable, and capable of assisting patients with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. Implement care plans as directed by nursing staff. Monitor and record patients' conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff. Ensure the highest quality of care by maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents. Support residents and their families by providing emotional and psychological comfort. Maintain patient confidence by keeping their personal information confidential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong observational skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Physical endurance and agility.
