Jersey Shore Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, eating, and exercising. Monitor patient health status and report any significant changes to the nursing staff. Maintain accurate patient records and document care services provided. Support the implementation of patient-specific healthcare plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate comprehensive patient care. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in patient areas and assist in infection control procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow detailed healthcare plans Proficient in maintaining accurate patient records Capable of performing basic healthcare tasks (e.g., taking vital signs) Excellent organizational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred
