Pine Acres Rehabilitation and Living Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians Monitor patient health condition, record signs, and symptoms, and communicate effectively any changes to the RN or doctor Assist with daily living activities of patients, including personal hygiene, dressing, and eating Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and prepare reports on patient status Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention Provide emotional support to patients and their families, promoting a nurturing environment Proficient in nursing best practices and core nursing protocols Able to operate medical equipment and perform diagnostic tests Effective communication and interpersonal skills Capability to work efficiently in a high-stress environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Must hold a current, active license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment CPR certified
