We are seeking a passionate and skilled Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team. This role involves direct patient care and administrative duties to support our healthcare professionals, ensuring efficient operation of our healthcare facility and outstanding care to our patients. The ideal candidate will be an empathetic, efficient, and dependable individual who shares our commitment to comprehensive, accessible healthcare. Perform clinical tasks including taking vital signs, administering medication, and assisting with minor procedures. Prepare patients for examination and treatment by taking patient histories and vital signs. Maintain patient records and other information. Operate medical equipment and perform diagnostics including EKGs and phlebotomy tasks. Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare professionals, advocating for patient needs. Ensure cleanliness and preparedness of examination rooms. Assist in the management of medical supply inventory. Proficient in clinical procedures such as EKG, phlebotomy, and administering injections Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on compassionate care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credentials required. Current CPR certification.
