This role is pivotal in ensuring that each guest feels genuinely cared for, valued, and respected through outstanding service and personal interactions. Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Take orders, present and explain menu items, and make recommendations from our cuisine and drinks menu. Maintain knowledge of Marriott’s offerings and promotions, and communicate details to guests effectively. Ensure table settings are presentable and in accordance with Marriott standards, including the setup and clearing of tables. Process guest payments accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
