Registered Nurse MICU

HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) team, delivering high-quality care at our state-of-the-art facilities. As a MICU Registered Nurse, you will provide critical care to patients with a variety of medical conditions while working in a dynamic and supportive environment focused on patient-centered care. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in a MICU setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Participate in the development and implementation of patient management plans, communicating with patients and their families about the state of their health and treatment plans. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with daily life functions to maximize the patient's quality of life in the MICU. Document patients' health conditions and treatment plans accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
