Registered Nurse

In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and enhance outcomes. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures and regulations. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to share expertise and knowledge. Handle patient emergencies and provide necessary immediate care.
