Access Control Security Officer

Andy Frain Services is currently seeking a dedicated Access Control Security Officer to join our security team. This role is crucial in safeguarding the assets, staff, and clients of Andy Frain Services by managing and monitoring access to various facilities, particularly in the aviation and events sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security protocols and demonstrate a commitment to high standards of integrity and professionalism. Monitor and control access at facility entrance and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel enter. Operate and monitor security systems and alarms, and report any security breaches or concerns. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates. Escort or drive motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations as directed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Respond to emergencies and incidents within the premises quickly and professionally, providing necessary assistance. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when required. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures at all times.
