Event Staff

Andy Frain Services, a leader in security and crowd management solutions, is seeking dedicated Event Staff to join our team specializing in event operations and coordination in the entertainment and sports sectors. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests by adhering to rigorous security protocols designed specifically for high-profile and large-scale events. Our Event Staff members are trained to manage both routine and emergency situations efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Monitor and maintain event area security and safety measures to ensure compliance with all safety protocols. Assist in crowd control and direct guests to various sections of the venue, including exits, in case of emergency. Collaborate with other team members and staff to coordinate operational efforts effectively. Conduct inspections and report any safety hazards or security threats to the management promptly. Provide general assistance to guests, such as directions and information about the event, enhancing their overall experience. Manage entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access and disturbances. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to dynamic environments. Basic understanding of security operations and crowd control technologies. First Aid and CPR certification preferred. Any applicable security training or crowd management certification is a plus.
