Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients Implement patient care plans and observe patient health status Record patient medical information and vital signs Modify patient care plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans Administer medications as prescribed by physicians Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Strong understanding of health and safety guidelines Ability to operate medical equipment Proficient in maintaining accurate patient records Excellent communication and empathy skills Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations Medical Insurance Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiology Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
