Bath Aide

Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bath Aide to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in providing daily hygiene care and ensuring the personal dignity of our patients in underserved communities. The successful candidate will assist with bathing, grooming, and other personal care needs, promoting holistic health and wellness outcomes in congruence with our center's mission to provide comprehensive healthcare. Assist patients with daily personal hygiene needs such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Maintain a clean and safe environment in the patient's room or bathroom. Communicate effectively with patients to ensure comfort during the bathing process. Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions or behaviors to nursing staff. Ensure compliance with all hygiene, safety, and healthcare protocols. Document patient care services and assist in maintenance of healthcare records. Knowledge of patient hygiene care Professional bedside manner and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong observational skills and attention to detail Physical ability to assist patients in moving and bathing Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred BLS/CPR certification required
