We Are Proud to Offer: - 5x 8-hour shifts (8:30AM to 4:30PM) with rotating weekends and holidays - Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, and a defined pension plan - Education reimbursement of $5,250 annually - Competitive salary range of $94,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year Our Physical Therapists: - Review patient charts and medical history - Develop personalized treatment plans - Teach therapeutic exercises and stretches - Use hands-on therapy to promote healing - Maintain patient records and adapt treatment plans accordingly - Work closely with a supportive patient care team - Provide patient and family education for health promotion - Provide care to the utmost standard Qualifications: - New York State PT license - Valid New York State Driver’s License and reliable transportation. - Basic Life Support Certification Salary Range USD $94,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job, and it does not include the value of benefits.
