Occupational Therapy Assistant, Full Time, PRN/Pool/As Needed Available

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to assist our patients in meeting their therapy goals in various settings. You will work under the supervision of our occupational therapists to implement therapeutic programs and monitor progress. This role is crucial in helping patients regain their maximum level of functioning and independence. Assist Occupational Therapists in evaluating patient needs and therapy goals. Implement therapeutic programs and activities as prescribed by therapists. Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment. Support patients and their families in understanding therapy exercises and equipment. Ensure adherence to all facility and healthcare regulations and standards. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Proficiency in using therapy equipment and implementing programs. Excellent organizational skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure required.
