As an Occupational Therapist, you will be crucial in enabling patients to achieve their highest level of independence through personalized intervention plans designed to promote functionality and well-being. Evaluate patient conditions to develop appropriate rehabilitation plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to facilitate recovery and independence. Assess patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly. Educate patients and families on post-therapy care and lifestyle adjustments. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes. Strong knowledge of therapeutic practices and modalities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle physical demands of patient assistance Proficient in documentation and patient record management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist NBCOT certification desirable
