Our Registered Nurses play a pivotal role in our patient care protocols, providing both facility-based and home-based nursing services across various locations in the U.S. Your clinical skills and nursing knowledge will contribute significantly to our integrated healthcare services, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with industry standards. Administer medications, monitor patient health, and document therapy outcomes. Operate medical equipment and assist with patient rehabilitation. Coordinate with healthcare team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Strong clinical skills and foundational nursing knowledge. Proficiency in both facility-based and home-based care. Ability to operate essential medical equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
