Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Springfield, MO Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,002 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Nights Shift Length: 12-hour shifts Key Responsibilities Triage and rapid assessment Provide care for trauma, cardiac, respiratory, neurological, and burn emergencies Administer medications and manage patient stability Perform emergency interventions per protocol Collaborate with trauma surgeons, ED physicians, RTs, and ancillary teams Maintain accuracy in EPIC charting Uphold Mercy’s Mission, Values, and Service Standards Safely lift, push, and move patients and equipment Maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality Requirements Required Experience Must Have: 1 year experience in Level 1 ED , OR 2 years in a Level 2 trauma ED (MUST BE LISTED on resume) Must be comfortable in a busy, urban trauma center Experience with high?acuity cases Preferred: Trauma & pediatrics experience Experience in high?volume emergency settings Required Certifications (AHA Only) BLS ACLS PALS TNCC NIHSS (may submit without, but must complete before start) Required Licensure Current RN license that meets Missouri criteria MO license OR Compact license eligible for MO
