The role of Project Manager, PRISM, is a temporary, specially funded position funded by the Ralph Wilson grant. This opportunity emphasizes the management of all grant activities outlined in the PRISM grant project. The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project outcomes, deliverables, reporting, timelines and budget are achieved in accordance with the grant contract. Facilitate and document project progress. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to management of project deliverables, budget, and part time staff as directed. Working hours may vary and could include occasional evenings or weekends. Duties may require travel between campuses and to off-campus locations. Job Requirements Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's preferred in Business or a related area. Demonstrated experience in project management, grants and budgeting. Strong organizational skills. Ability to coordinate complex projects with limited direction and follow projects through to completion. Possess the ability to communicate and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated creative ability to develop ideas into actionable plans; strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to establish priorities, function as a team player and act as a proactive problem solver. Requires technical proficiency in the use of computers and related software.
