PaneraTech is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Applications Engineer to join our team. This individual will take the responsibility for demonstrating our SmartMelter solution at customer facilities, as well as training and supporting our customers and representatives globally.

Job Description

The Field Applications Engineer, who reports directly to our CEO, will be responsible for demonstrating our SmartMelter solution at customer plants world-wide, and supporting our customers and country representatives. This position requires world-wide travel (in average 50% of the time).

Specific tasks include:

* Lead and perform onsite SmartMelter demonstrations to potential customers;

* Train customer personnel and provide customer support;
* Engage customers to identify additional features and capabilities they would like/need;
* Develop metrics for PaneraTech, Inc., to measure the quality of our field demonstrations and customer support;
* Support the design, development and testing of additional add-on products/features for SmartMelter;
* Represent PaneraTech, Inc. and SmartMelter in international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements

* Minimum of Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar engineering discipline.
* Minimum 5 years experience as a field application engineer for an industrial product/solution.
* Strong experience in working at manufacturing facilities with adverse environmental conditions involving high temperatures, noise, water.
* Outstanding verbal, communication, and customer service skills; ability to work independently.
* Any experience in the glass industry is a strong plus.

Travel

This position requires traveling world-wide 25% - max 75% of the time.
