The Sales Support Specialist provides sole support to sales team by performing a number of administrative tasks. Principal Job Responsibilities:Assist with generating sales and customer leads, and research prospective customers.Assist sales teams in development of proposals and product information.Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications.Serve as SME and Administrator of CRM Program (MS Dynamics).Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.Develops professional and effective sales presentations.CompetenciesOrganization.Technical CapacityCustomer/Client FocusPersonal Effectiveness/CredibilityPresentation SkillsEducational and Technical Requirements:Bachelors Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.Minimum 3 years experience supporting sales initiatives in a fast paced environment.Demonstrated success with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Go-To-Meeting and/or other Web Based meeting applications.
