Lead Generation Sales Agent

A leading multi-national Electronics Test and Measurement Manufacturing company based in Everett WA is currently looking for talented and motivated individuals who are interested in developing industrial sales skills, or to demonstrate their existing sales skills in a rewarding, and competitive, but collaborative environment. Sales call agents would be targeting the oil and gas industry market.

- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to demo/purchase Fluke products

- Contact businesses/individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services, or for investigational purposes to confirm targeting, contacts or relevant sales information

- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.

- Obtain customer information such as name, contact info, budget/authority/need/timeline for potential purchases and enter into customer relationship management (CRM) program to assist inside/outside sales representatives

- Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations.

- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.

- Telephone or write email letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.

- Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and relevant data resulting from TeleLeadGen activities

- Assist in scheduling appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.

- Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.

- Excellent communication skills required

- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and programs with similar functionality required

- Experience in outbound sales calling or telemarketing required

- Experience in B2B sales processes and territory management a major plus

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) programs a major plus

- Multilingual a plus- Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese

9. BA or AA preferred, minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
