.Specific responsibilities include:

? Create offer letters; maintain job folders; process background checks, I-9, and other new hire deliverables.
? Assist in scheduling phone screens, dispositioning and maintaining information in Online Recruiting system.
? Participate in or provide subject matter expertise on staffing compliance projects and/or initiatives that span across HR, TOG, and the Wells Fargo enterprise.
? Perform job folder audits and ad hoc requests as it relates to affirmative action and deep dive.
? Prepare reports. Assist in identify trends / themes and make recommendations for solution and/or modification.
? Provide administrative support in diversity recruiting outreach, processing the TOG Team Member Referral Program awards, and other projects.

Basic:
? 3+ years clerical experience or 1+ years recruiting experience.

Minimum:
? 2+ years HR or related experience
? Demonstrated proficiency with Wells Fargo HR Systems (Staff Management, Online Recruiting, PeopleSoft)
? Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications, (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint)
? Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
? Partnering with a virtual team that spans across multiple time zones and tasks that are associated with multiple with multiple time zones
