Job Description:

We have an exclusive partnership with a Wireless company to act as the sole broker for the authorized dealers for this compnay to acquire locations/real estate within the malls (Indoor, Outdoor, or Outlet# throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. As a Business Development Representative/Manager you will work closely with the Vice President and General Manager as well as various Vice Presidents for Leasing within our company.

You will be responsible for working with Sales teams and the authorized dealers to process the acquisition of locations/real estate within the malls within your assigned territory or region.

Exceed all sales quotas/objectives. Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including, but not limited to the following: processing the transactions efficiently and effectively, completing client agreements and other documents, and filing the completed orders. Maintain strong knowledge of all Company service offerings. Provide critical market feedback to Management regarding client and service needs. Handle service inquiries from customers. Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of offerings and services. Ensure an extraordinary customer experience.


Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate will be able to perform the following and other items not listed with or without reasonable accommodation:

- Ability to sell by understanding customers' needs and helping them discover how our services meet those needs and to educate and engage customers through conversations, email communication, and from time to time face to face meetings.
- Ability to interact with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service to all
customers via phone or written email note.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to complete all paperwork completely, neatly and accurately, and in a timely manner.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to operate a personal computer #be proficient with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook#, wireless equipment, copier and fax .
- Ability to process all customer needs utilizing the software systems and must become proficient at all aspects of handling all customer service issues.
- Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate may be required.

- 1 - 3 years minimum of retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred

¿ Fully understands compensation plan and knows how to maximize earnings

Customer Experience and Sales
¿ Demonstrate the right customer interfacing behaviors defined by Management
¿ Participate with management and peers in role-playing regularly to demonstrate ¿what right looks like¿ ¿ Deliver an extraordinary customer experience 100% of the time
¿ Handle customer service situations in a way that turns customers into satisfied customers
¿ Attend weekly personnel meetings/training/educational sessions
¿ Review Results and Customer Feedback on a daily basis


Compensation is hourly plus commission. The Commission Compensation plan is quota based and is performance tiered for the sale of services and other objectives. Payroll takes place every other week and commissions are paid on the second pay period of the following month sales were transacted.
