This Call Center Supervisor Position Features:

Pay 30k

Education required: High School Diploma

Education preferred: Associates degree from an accredited college or university

Skills/Experience required: one year of supervisory experience; three years of child support experience; two years experience in customer service; ability to work with public in a courteous and professional manner; excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; and ability to work as a team member, as well as independently; ability to foster a positive team environment, and manage change effectively.

Skills/Experience preferred: Written and verbal fluency in Spanish. More than three years experience working in call center, child support enforcement or related experience is preferred. Ability to read, speak and write in both English and Spanish a plus. Call Center experience with utilizing Call Center equipment (terms, software, workforce management).

POSITION SUMMARY: Supervisor of the Call Center and Customer Service Team. Responsible for recruiting, training, motivating, monitoring the quality of the CSR?s. Responsible for goal setting, measuring and providing feedback. Responsible for assuring coverage to meet KPR?s-setting schedules and monitoring workforce. Responsible for establishing and maintaining good client communication.

1. Supervises response and resolution of calls, emails, mobile app inquiries within KPR?s
2. Resolves complex inquiries
3. Assists with training development and provides training per Client?s processes and direction
