International manufacturing company is looking for an experienced customer support specialist. The right candidate MUST have previous experience in customer support for a manufacturer.

?Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries for product, pricing and delivery; answer product questions and offer appropriate solutions to customer request
?Prepare proposals based on customer requirement
?Request quotes from the factory by gathering detailed and complete information on customer requirement
?Receive purchase orders from our customer; input orders into our accounting system (Solomon), place purchase orders to the factory or local vendors
?Resolve product problems, delivery and other issues by clarifying the customer complaint; communicate and coordinate with other departments and the factory to resolve issues and identify solutions
?Build and maintain strong business relationship with customers by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty
?Skills/Qualifications: Customer Service, Problem Solving, Listening, Phone Skills, Multi-tasking
