The Global role covers 76+ Countries currently. The role may be working on a single large scale program or spanning a number of large scale projects. The Candidate will work within GVBPS but may need to engage with multiple Business Functional areas in this role. The role is ideally suited to someone who wants to gain an appropriate level of experience on large scale, region wide initiatives with a view to progressing into Project Management as a profession. Experience with Vendor Management is a plus, but not required. <br>&nbsp;<br><B>Must have: </B><br><B>Bilingual: Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, French </B><br>&nbsp;<br><B>The ideal candidate will be able to:</B> <br>&bull; Identify requirements using interviews, analysis, workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, task and workflow analysis. <br>&bull; Critically analyze and evaluate data/information gathered from multiple sources, and reconcile/address conflicts. <br>&bull; Conduct independent analysis, and reviews requirements utilizing knowledge of alternatives, business systems, and functional requirements. <br>&bull; Drive creation, definition, and documentation of business requirements and functional specifications. <br>&bull; Discuss, analyze, and review requirements with team members, and facilitates effective team interaction. <br>&bull; Distinguish user requests from underlying need; translate policy &amp; standards and true needs into application and process requirements. <br>&bull; Decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding. <br>&bull; Analyze high-level information requirements and information flows. <br>&bull; Manage and create &lsquo;bottom up&rsquo; Work Breakdown Structure for Business Analysis tasks, and provide tasks and schedule in project plans. <br>&bull; Verify with the business that requirements satisfy the business user&#39;s business needs and meet the agreed upon commitments. <br>&bull; Be responsible/accountable for Business Analysis task completion to the correct specification. <br>&nbsp;<br><B>Responsibilities include but are not limited to: </B><br>&bull; Track Change Control impact assessments <br>&bull; Maintain project terms of reference, charters, definitions etc. <br>&bull; Current State Assessment <br>&bull; Process Mapping <br>&bull; Maintain various project &amp; program documents <br>&bull; Document management <br>&bull; Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and project communications <br>&bull; General administration activities covering multiple time zones for meeting scheduling and booking assistance. <br>&bull; Assist the Project &amp; Program Managers with day-to-day program and project coordination activities <br>&bull; Support resource recruitment activities <br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><B>Position Requirements </B><br>The ideal candidate should possess: <br>&bull; Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels <br>&bull; Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Outlook, MS Project, Visio and PowerPoint<br>&bull; Experience of working in a large organization, previous experience within the Insurance industry is an advantage, but not essential <br>&bull; A team player mentality with good verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work on individual initiatives <br>&bull; A strong trust (as will have access to sensitive financial data) <br>&bull; Cheerful character with &lsquo;can do&rsquo; attitude <br>&bull; Strong organizational skills <br>&bull; Strong document management skills; experience with documenting process maps/workflows <br>&bull; be organized, motivated and work well alone as well as in a team <br>&bull; Ability to understand how to follow instructions, give instructions and often answer to management or senior members of staff. <br>&nbsp;<br><B>IF THIS IS YOU AND YOU ARE UP TO THE CHALLENGE!</B><br><B>DO APPLY!
