Help Desk_Systems Administrator


Job Summary (Overall objective of this position):
Provides front line IT support to all levels of the organization, through the phone or in person engagements, while providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a mix of technical and customer service skills, and be passionate about technology and helping people. On a daily basis you will provide support of the end user environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions and supporting the internal help desk.

Essential Functions:
?Provides helpdesk support and resolution of problems to the end user?s satisfaction
?Monitors and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT help desk
?Modify configurations, utilities, software, hardware for PC?s and telecom
?Document and Update internal procedures, user instructions
?Onboarding of new users
oManage PC/Mobile setup and deployment
oTest and configure new workstations, equipment and software before turn over
oConducts new hire orientation as well as other appropriate presentations as necessary
?Maintain inventory of equipment, software and licenses
?Order peripheral equipment and supplies
?Ability to escalate issues to higher service levels
?Manage users through Active Directory & Exchange 2013
?Installs selected server applications and performs upgrades as necessary



Education Requirements:
High School Diploma, Bachelor?s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Experience Requirements:
?Minimum of Three years computer experience required in
oWindows 7
oMicrosoft Office 2010 or newer
oActive Directory Maintenance and Exchange 2010/2013
oPC Hardware ? printers, scanners, computer peripherals, mobile devices (iOS)
oClient connectivity through Ethernet, VPN, Wifi
?Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
