Help Desk Support
Location: Dayville, CT

Contract Duration: 3+ months

Job Requirements:
3+ years of technical experience, call center experience, clinical applications, equipment and/or procedural issues is preferred.
Primary contact for all critical incidents reported to the service desk and follows all processes defined for major incident mgt.
Researches, recreates and resolves problems that could not be resolved by level one support w/ customers, internal depts. and escalation groups.
Determines when to escalate to resolve outstanding issues, and determines best practices for problem resolution and partners w/ documentation specialist to ensure checklists are up-to-date.
Analyzes calls to identify trends and leads the resolution of high priority issues.
Ensures service level agreements service level agreements/ operational level agreements (SLAs/ OLAs) are being met with internal and external vendors and depts.
