Responsibilities for HR Coordinator include but are not limited to the following:
*Analyze reports, track trends, prompt response to questions from various email boxes, set up new hire training in Learning Management System, build, run and analyze reporting
*Field all questions from the field on LMS related issues experienced in the field
*LMS Administration a bonus (not required)
*Password resets, status updates, system access, course completion issues, etc.
*Add new courses/updated courses to curriculums and assign the curriculums to the users in the LMS
*Act as a liaison for departmental communications
*Ad hoc reporting as needed

Candidates must meet the following HR Coordinator requirements for consideration:
*2-4 Years Experience
*Analytical experience
*Strong Excel and Access skills
*LMS (Learning Management System) administration experience a plus

Pay for this position is $20.00/hr plus overtime as needed. This is a temporary opportunity.
