Our Client is currently hiring for a Patient Transfer Coordinator to complete the of transfer requests. This is an administrative yet patient focused role within the company, but must be comfortable talking with doctors and nurses on the phone. Job description: Coordinate patient transfers. Able to handle multiple job duties on a daily basis; able to use multiple phone line system and use tools and resources in order to make appropriate contacts. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills while presenting a professional image on the telephone. Efficiently manages multiple transfer requests from point of acceptance to completion of request. Demonstrate ability to effectively relay information. Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers to complete transfers.
