JOB DESCRIPTION: - Answer inbound calls from drivers who require roadside assistance - Answer inbound calls from drivers require auto glass replacement - Answer inbound calls from insured individuals wishing to file a First Notice of Loss claim - Locate service providers to assist drivers and insureds with glass and/or roadside assistance - Obtaining quotes and confirming appointments for future glass replacement needs - Thoroughly following up with service providers for status on work orders or requesting invoices for work completed - Escalate poor service or warranty claims to Call Center Leads and management for prompt resolution. - Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by Team Leads and management. They will handle 4 types of calls: - Emergency road-side assistance - Auto glass claims - First Notice of Loss (FNOL) - Secondary towing - Service - insurance companies, fleet leasing organizations, etc. About Aerotek: Our people are everything.
