Please apply if you are looking for a great Call Center opportunity! This positin pays 8.25/hr and after two weeks of training will pay 9.25/hr. B: MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Handles incoming telephone calls, covering a range of customer services in a prompt and proficient manner, acquiring all information to ensure first-time resolution of transaction 2. Answers customer questions concerning topics which may include: billing; service problems; products/features 3. Corrects errors and discrepancies on customer billings as necessary 4. Prepares work orders for maintenance requests after determining if field visits are required, and ensures appropriate follow-up procedures are met 5. Resolves delinquent account balances 6. Obtains assistance from Team Lead or Supervisor for complex inquiries 7. Represents client in professional and positive manner in all situations 8.
