In search of Customer Service Representatives On a day to day basis, agents will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from clients who are wanting to redeem their travel rewards points by booking travel reservations. Agents will handle an average of about 75-100 calls per shift. During each call, agents will search, book and confirm reservations. The goal of each call is to book the most cost effective travel. Agents will be responsible for meeting specific performance metrics. This position requires extensive training over several weeks. With the large amount of information given, weekly assessments will be administered to ensure agent progress. After the initial training period, candidates must be very flexible with their availability to work. Qualifications: Customer service experience Good job history (at least 2 years at each job) Call center experience is a plus Ability to multitask About Aerotek: Our people are everything.
