Duties: Support the Vice President responsible for the strategy and implementation of mobile activities within the organization. Assist with the development of the vision, strategy, and business plans for multiple projects related to content for mobile applications. Primary Responsibilities: • Participate in the development and execution of short-term and long- term strategic mobile offerings for the organization in strong partnership with Distribution, Marketing, and Product. • Identify innovative opportunities to enhance mobile capabilities and leverage mobile-specific functionality to improve customer experience. • Make strategic recommendations on data collection, integration, and retention requirements. • Design experiments, test hypotheses, and build models for beta testing applications. • Provide day-to-day channel support for mobile applications, including participating in release meetings. • Apply advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques to build, maintain, and improve multiple real-time decision systems. • Collaborate with business partners to communicate mobile plans and how they relate to and support the goals of the business units. • Interpret, analyze, and communicate current trends in Mobile and Internet of Things, including FinTech industry landscape, mobile platforms, competitor activities, and customer data. • Utilize patterns and variations in the volume, speed, and other characteristics of data to support business metrics initiatives and data type (images, text, clickstream, or metering data) in predictive analysis. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience creating and designing enterprise level Web or mobile applications for wealth management or portfolio management; or, alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience creating and designing enterprise level Web or mobile applications for wealth management or portfolio management. Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) performing business analysis -- including analytics, business intelligence, and predictive analytics -- to architect mobile strategies and support the design of mobile platforms; DE creating cloud-based enterprise wealth management (investment and cash management) products for retail customers, including assessing consumer needs, identifying market opportunities, defining product and program specifications, and working within a cross-functional team covering design, engineering, operations, legal, risk management, customer service, sales, marketing, and business domains; DE conducting qualitative and quantitative market research and creating financial models to support business plans/cases for investment or wealth management products; DE developing hypotheses, designing test experiments, building business models, and creating and delivering strategic recommendations to C-level business executives and stakeholders based on experimental learning for digital financial products.
