Job Summary

US-Colorado-Denver; US-Kansas-Gardner; US-Kansas-New Century; US-Louisiana-Monroe; US-Missouri-Kansas City

Develop direct marketing plans using a combination of historical campaign results as well as the availability of new offers to ensure not only that plans align with the overall Consumer marketing strategy but optimal spend of direct marketing budget.

Provide in-depth campaign analysis highlighting areas of success as well as areas of opportunity. Including recommendations for future campaign enhancements to improve overall direct marketing effectiveness.

Job Description

  • Meet with Marketing Strategy & Marcom partners to gain an understanding of the overarching marketing strategy & the availability of various marketing offers, including any limitations.
  • Translate high-level strategy into detailed plans that will lead to the generation of household level marketing.
  • Extract critical campaign data elements from a variety of available databases using SQL.
  • Organize & analyze campaign data, recognizing relevant & insightful data points to be taken into consideration in future plans.
  • Summarize campaign results & recommendations to be shared with key stakeholders throughout the marketing organization.
  • Ability to work and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Be responsible for delivering on forecasted sales & call volume metrics. Provide variance analysis when actual results vary from forecasts.




  • Proven delivery track record in database marketing or analytics
  • Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years' professional work experience (4+ years' with Master's)
  • Financial/Customer reporting and/or financial/customer analysis experience at a larger company
  • Experience analyzing data and providing recommendations to management
  • Proficient in excel and power point
  • Must have a track record of being a proactive contributor in previous positions
  • Proven ability to work effectively in teams and independently; strong organizational and project management abilities, strong analytical and critical thinking and innovative problem solving skills.
  • Requires strong work ethic, ability to work independently and strategically on complex, long-term projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required to help with communication, team support and team effectiveness
  • Self motivated for continual process improvement.


  • Background in tools such as SQL
  • Background in Consumer Marketing
  • Background in database marketing or marketing campaign analytics

  • Able to work in an organized manner
  • Undergraduate degree in finance or business related fields
