Our client designs, engineers and manufactures customized food processing equipment for use in the food processing industry. The capital equipment includes custom designed cookers, smart cookers, mixers, dumpers, high-lift dumpers, column dumpers, blenders, screw blenders, vacuum blenders, conveyors, cluster breakers, loaders and systems.
• Responsible for increasing sales opportunities, building relationships, solving problems and increasing customer loyalty
• Responsible for management and strategies within the Food Processing Division (FPD)
• Develop sales to food processing plants for the manufacturers and suppliers of processed food products; Primary Market is large processing facilities.
• Territorial sales and marketing within scope and objectives of the FPD.
• Must meet annual sales goals to be successful.
• Contributes to the coordination of Engineering, Manufacturing, Accounting, and Service Department in order to assist in order process flow.
• Act as a liaison between the customers and the corporate office in Temple, Texas.
• Responsible for food processing sales activities within territory
• Develops and coordinates sales through direct sales, dealers, and distributors in support of division quotas and goals
• Conducts on-going market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules and discount rates to accommodate Division goals
• Territory management and sales to meet corporate sales objectives and goals.
